"Today, If You Are Not Confused, You Are Not Thinking Clearly"

One thing that always amuses us here at Amplify is how shy some of our newer clients can be when approaching us with technical questions. Once a client has been with us for a short time, they quickly learn that there are no ‘stupid questions’ when it comes to figuring out technology. We’re always happy to answer any technical question in plain, simple English. After all, we’re excited by the technology that we work with, and we love the opportunity to explain more about what we do. We get calls all the time from our long-term clients asking technical questions that are entirely unrelated to their Amplify projects, because they know that we’ll have an answer and we'll be happy to help.

But when we meet new clients, we often find they can be hesitant to ask technical questions. No one wants to feel uninformed, and everyone’s been mocked as a ‘noob’ at least once in the past for not understanding the latest technical lingo. Fortunately, our clients quickly realize that this will never happen to them at Amplify. We’re more likely to make fun of ourselves for getting so excited about technology than we are to make fun of our clients for not staying up to date on the latest trends.

If you have a technical question you’d like answered, just call or email us. Don’t know what a hashtag is? No problem. We’ll come in and give your whole team a crash course on Twitter for business. Not sure if you need a mobile site or a responsive design? We’ll explain both options to you, and help you find the one that’s right for you. (Even if it’s the one that makes us less money in the end, we’ll still recommend the one you need, not the one we’d like to build!) Not sure where to find the ‘any’ key? Well, we’ll answer that one too, but we’d suggest that you call us for that. For you, email might not be the best solution.
